Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of mobile applications made by Merius ("we", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What the app does

The app provides AI-assisted features such as nail analysis, virtual try-on previews, care routines, and progress tracking. Results are generated by AI and are previews and suggestions, not guarantees: a try-on image shows an approximation of a design on your hand, and analysis results are general guidance.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the app is a medical diagnosis or medical advice. Analysis results are for general cosmetic guidance only. See a healthcare professional about anything that worries you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your data.

Subscriptions and allowances

• Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through your Apple ID. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Every plan, including paid plans, includes a stated monthly allowance of AI-generated results (for example, analyses and try-ons). Allowances are listed in the app and reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused allowance does not carry over.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no attempts to circumvent usage allowances, probe or disrupt our services, upload content you have no right to use, or use the app for anything unlawful. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.

Your content

Photos you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process and store them in order to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated results are provided for your personal use.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and AI output can be imperfect. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
